Responsibilities

build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio depending on the client, mostly for operations and finance stakeholders who check them weekly rather than data specialists

build new dashboards as clients ask for them

Requirements

It usually starts the same way it did back in 2011: a client's internal analyst is overloaded, and we take the work over. Vistula Analytics builds and maintains data pipelines, warehouses and reporting layers for manufacturing and retail clients in Poland, Germany and the Nordics, turning ad hoc spreadsheets into something that survives someone's holiday. Around 45 people work across data engineering, BI and a small client-delivery function, split between our Krakow office and client sites. Engagements typically run 6 to 18 months with a dedicated pod of three to five people.
